Devon Setzer

Coach Setzer has coached youth basketball since 2018, bringing a strong foundation of leadership and experience to the court. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management with a concentration in Sports Administration and served 14 years in the U.S. Army. His background in military service and athletics shapes a disciplined, team-first approach focused on developing confident, hardworking young athletes.

Coach Foster is dedicated to developing young athletes both on and off the court. With a lifelong passion for basketball, he is committed to passing on his knowledge, experience, and love for the game to the next generation. He emphasizes strong fundamentals, discipline, teamwork, and confidence in every player he works with. As both a coach and a father, he brings patience, structure, and positive leadership to his program, creating an environment where athletes feel supported, motivated, and pushed to grow. Coach Foster believes basketball is more than just a sport, it’s a platform to teach accountability, respect, and a strong work ethic that extends far beyond the game.
